Running leagues across multiple sites requires shared standards, centralised reporting and local flexibility.
Operating five venues is not the same as operating one venue five times. Each site has different table counts, local staff and customer bases — but head office needs consistency in how competitions are run, reported and branded.
Standardised formats are the foundation. When every site runs darts leagues with the same division structure, scoring rules and season length, head office can compare participation and revenue across locations. Local variation should be the exception, not the default.
Centralised reporting lets operators answer basic questions without calling each venue manager: How many active players do we have? Which site has the highest league fill rate? Where are we losing players between seasons?
Staff permissions need to reflect organisational structure. A venue manager should manage local fixtures and results. A regional ops lead should see all sites but not edit individual scores. Head office needs dashboards, not admin access to every match.
Shared player records across sites matter for multi-location brands. A regular who moves cities or visits another site in the group should not have to re-register from scratch. Their history travels with them.
